    Responsibilities
    Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting

    • Month-End Expertise: Generate, validate, and review complex financial reports using Oracle EPM (HFM/Planning) and relevant reporting hierarchies.
    • Performance Insight: Independently investigate and resolve unexpected financial variances, liaising with global and regional stakeholders to gather clarifications and synthesize key insights and performance drivers for senior management.
    • Visual Storytelling: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle Analytics) to enhance the clarity, impact, and “storytelling” of financial results.
    • Forecasting & Budgeting: Provide hands-on support for developing the annual budget and consolidated quarterly forecasts, including template creation, data development/consolidation, and rigorous review of submission reasonableness against US GAAP.
    • Strategic Challenge: Act as a strategic partner to regional Finance teams and business leaders, proactively utilizing scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to challenge assumptions and support risk management.

    Transformation & Innovation Projects

    • Process Automation: Identify and implement process efficiencies, leading and supporting transformation initiatives focused on automation, system enhancements, and leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
    • Digital Partnership: Partner closely with IT and Finance leadership to evaluate and implement digital tools that streamline reporting, planning, and predictive analytics.
    • Business Partnership: Build strong, trusting relationships across the organization, influencing cross-functional teams to embrace simpler, faster, and more value-added financial processes.

    Qualifications
    Technical Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
    • 4+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience in a complex, multi-entity environment.
    • Deep experience with Oracle EPM Suite (HFM, Planning, SmartView, GL Wand) or equivalent large-scale financial systems is a strong asset.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

    Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

    • CPA , MBA, and/or CFA designation.
    • Experience with data modeling or automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python). Note: Python is a ‘nice to have’ not essential, but a systems-centric curiosity is.
    • Experience leading or significantly contributing to Finance process automation, advanced dashboarding, or predictive analytics projects.
