    Responsibilities
    Pharmacist Team Lead – Full-Time, Permanent – Non-retail Pharmacy – Sudbury – Healthcare

    As a Pharmacist Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 15 members, including pharmacists, technicians, pharmacy assistants, and data clerks. Your key responsibilities will include:

    Leading and motivating a team of pharmacy staff, ensuring clear direction and adequate resources.
    Managing day-to-day operations of the pharmacist, data, and RPhT departments to meet production schedules and departmental objectives.
    Collaborating effectively with direct reports, internal teams, and external clients.
    Fostering a high level of integrity, communication, and involvement within the team.
    Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
    Performing pharmacist, data, and RPhT duties as needed to support the team.
    Participating in staff hiring, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
    Addressing and documenting potential regulatory and safety concerns.
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with client home management.
    Troubleshooting operational issues and finding quick resolutions to minimize disruptions.
    Handling administrative tasks such as timesheets, vacation scheduling, incident reports, and performance reviews.
    Contributing to special projects aimed at improving production processes and reducing costs.
    Working safely in an environment that is primarily desk-based (80% sitting, 20% walking).

    Qualifications
    Pharmacist Team Lead – Full-Time, Permanent – Non-retail Pharmacy – Sudbury – Healthcare

    Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
    Currently licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
    Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience, ideally within a non-retail pharmacy setting – retail pharmacy leadership experience is also valued.
    Proven experience in people management.
    Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
    Excellent communication, coaching, and customer service skills.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and KROLL skills are preferred.
    A team player with flexibility regarding hours (within reason), strong attention to detail, and an empathetic approach.
