    Responsibilities
    Pharmacist – Full-Time, Permanent – Sudbury – Healthcare

    In this role, you will ensure high-level pharmacy service and care is delivered efficiently and accurately. Your day-to-day focus will be on clinical verification and operational support:

    Clinical Verification: Perform technical and therapeutic checks on prescriptions, ensuring all medication entries and electronic MARs (eMAR) are accurate and meet professional standards.

    Workflow Oversight: Support the dispensing team by answering questions, providing guidance to assistants/technicians, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

    Inventory Control: Manage the safe receipt, recording, and reconciliation of narcotics and controlled substances, as well as general inventory cycle counts.

    Patient Safety: Maintain accurate patient profiles, identify potential drug interactions, and document all clinical interventions in the Kroll system.

    Incident Management: Proactively minimize medication errors; investigate and resolve any incidents according to safety protocols.

    Collaboration: Build positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.

    Admin & Compliance: Assist with third-party billing, adjudications, and end-of-day reporting while strictly adhering to OCP and privacy regulations.

    Pharmacist – Full-Time, Permanent – Sudbury – Healthcare

    Licensure: Must be a Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A).

    Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours and participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours needs.
