    Responsibilities
    As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the Strategic Sales department. Your primary duties will include:
    • Order Management: Process and resolve order issues, including returns, refunds, credits, and short shipments.
    • Inquiry Management: Manage the general inquiries inbox, providing prompt and effective communication to ensure a seamless partner experience.
    • Liaison Support: Act as a key point of contact and liaison for Account Managers and various cross-functional teams, including Distribution Centers, Financial Share Services, and Corporate Tax.
    • Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Strategic Sales team, including select order processing and inventory management assistance.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and address operational constraints, collaborating with the team to create new efficiencies and innovate how we work.
    • Project Work: Own and complete special projects, duties, and assignments as needed to support team objectives.

    Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in customer service and a collaborative spirit. Key qualifications include:
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a retail store or customer service center is preferred. A relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is also beneficial.
    • Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint are required.
    • Soft Skills: You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a love for collaboration, and the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential.
