Onsite Data Entry / Administrative Support Specialist

    Responsibilities
    – Mail Processing: Accurately sort, collate, time/date stamp, and weigh incoming and outgoing mail
    – High-Volume Data Entry: Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database, ensuring timely turnaround.-
    – Source Data Management: Compile, sort, and prepare source data for computer entry, establishing entry priorities.
    – Administrative Tasks: Perform essential functions like running calculator tapes, proofreading data, and managing client exports/deposits.
    – Customer Support: Handle offline administrative work (emails) and follow up with customers via phone for missing information (Customer Service Experience is a plus).
    – Equipment Use: Effectively utilize applications, fax, and scanning machines for accurate transaction processing and document management.
    – Repetitive Focus: Comfortably and efficiently handle repetitive activities while maintaining high focus and extreme accuracy.

    Qualifications
    – Accuracy is Essential: Proven ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy is mandatory.
    – Testing Requirement: Must pass the Assessment test with a score of 70% or higher in the typing and spelling/grammar sections.
    – Typing Proficiency: Strong typing skills are required; knowledge of the touch-typing system is strongly preferred.
    – Detail Orientation: Must be Well-organized and possess sharp, Detail Oriented attention to detail.
    – Communication: Strong command of the English language, both oral and written, and good communication skills.
    – Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment.
    – Technical Aptitude: Tech Savvy with good computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly
