Responsibilities
Offer customers an in-store experience
Welcome, advise and maximize in-store sales.
Participate in daily meetings and training sessions.
Analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service.
Ensure that the Boutique is clean (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented);
Qualifications
– 1 year of prior hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
– Flexibility to work Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays
– Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills; exceptional customer service skills
– Hands on and pragmatic
– Punctuality and discipline
– Strong Team player
– Proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
Preferred Qualification:
– Knowledge of coffee would be a great asset
