Responsibilities
– Actively promote and adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
– Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of production equipment
– Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities within the computerized maintenance management system
– Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities to enhance asset health and reliability
– Provide immediate troubleshooting and support during all equipment downtime events
– Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment
– Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Qualifications
– Millwright certification 433a with ideally an apprenticeship completed
– Able to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
– At least 2-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility ideally from a food manufacturer
– Great problem solving and communication skills
– Experience with welding, fabrication, and basic machining is considered an asset
– Previous experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment is an asset
– Ability to travel to Cambridge, ON
