Learning and Development Coordinator

    Responsibilities
    Project & Program Coordination

    Coordinate multiple L&D projects and programs simultaneously, managing schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
    Support the setup, tracking, and evaluation of learning initiatives from inception to completion.
    Partner with L&D team members, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution and timely delivery.
    Assist with LMS-related administrative tasks (e.g., roster management, content uploads, managing learner inquiries).

    Data Analysis & Reporting
    Extract and analyze data primarily from Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various Excel reports.
    Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation) to clean, interpret, and identify key learning trends and consumption metrics.
    Develop compelling, data-driven executive-level presentations using PowerPoint, effectively “telling the story” behind the data.
    Support reporting related to budgeting, workshop audience analysis, and contribution to building business cases.

    Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management
    Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency in learning solution execution.
    Prepare project kickoff materials, organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on required actions.
    Use coordination and productivity tools (potentially including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Copilot) to enhance team efficiency.

    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications

    Experience & Education: A minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience is required, supported by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.

    Specialized Experience: Candidates must possess atleast 2 years of direct, hands-on experience in project coordination or management, ideally within the Learning & Development (L&D).

    Strong background in event coordination and project coordination is highly valued.

    Experience as a behavioral or organizational therapist will be favorably considered.

    Data & Presentation Skills:

    Excel Expertise: High proficiency in complex data manipulation, including VLOOKUPs, pivot table creation, and advanced data visualization.

    PowerPoint Proficiency: Ability to design polished, clear, and persuasive presentations for executive audiences.

    Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and use them to drive decision-making.

    Professional Competencies:

    Autonomy & Prioritization: Proven capacity to manage competing tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate multiple projects independently with minimal oversight.

    Communication: Exceptional skills in written, verbal, and organizational communication.

    Preferred/Asset Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
    Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS, such as SumTotal).

    Experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence.

    Prior exposure to AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).

    Background in the Learning Technology or Learning & Development fields.
