    Responsibilities
    As the Inside Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for:
    – Providing support to the Inside Sales team with day to day activities and working with outside sales representatives.

    – Preparing quotes, and determining if requested specifications are achievable and in line with customer’s requirements.
    – Data Entry and spreadsheet management in Excel and AS400 (training will be provided)
    – Daily interaction with customers both in person and via email, and especially on the phones.
    – Understanding the specific needs of each customer and exploring new customer opportunities.
    – Following up on information received from the supplier portal.
    – General administrative duties to support the department.

    Qualifications
    – Previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support to a team.
    – Prior quotation experience is an asset, particularly from a manufacturing or purchasing related role.
    – Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    – Organized and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
    – Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
    – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    – Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
