Responsibilities
-Act as the first point of contact for donors, providing friendly and helpful service via phone, email, and in-person
-Fundraising administration support
-processing donations and gifts
-Organizing holiday cards for donors and mailing
-Assisting with Holiday Events
-Creating thank you letters
Qualifications
-Outgoing, friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor is essential
-Strong organizational abilities
-Strong communication skills, written and verbal
-Attention to detail
-Available immediately
-Prior experience in customer service, client interactions or donor relations is a significant asset
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent phone manner
