Customer Service Coordinator

    Responsibilities
    – Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and order taking.
    – Prepare detailed quotes for custom filter products, including calculations and conversions based on customer specifications (Bills of Material).
    – Provide product recommendations and technical support to ensure optimal solutions.
    – Enter and manage orders accurately in the ERP system (e.g., Sage 300).
    – Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
    – Maintain and manage accurate customer records, files, and sales activity tracking (CRM/data entry).
    – Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and perform warm calling (5-10% of time) to identify new sales opportunities.
    – Work collaboratively with the small sales team to achieve targets.

    Qualifications
    – A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account coordination, or an order desk role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred).
    – Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret specifications, data, or drawings; knowledge of filtration systems is a strong asset.
    – Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and experience with an ERP (like Sage 300) or CRM system.
    – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    – Strong organizational skills and an outstanding attention to detail, particularly for order entry, data entry, and quoting.
    – Proven ability to perform calculations, conversions, and manage time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    – A professional, corporate-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
    – Experience with B2B sales techniques, including cold/warm calling and negotiation.
