Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and all customer requests with a friendly and efficient attitude.
Handle end-to-end after-sales service: you’ll manage claims and product returns.
Collaborate with internal teams (stores, warehouses) and external partners (suppliers) to find solutions.
Perform rigorous file follow-ups and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Provide essential support to retailers regarding warranty applications.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
Essential bilingualism (French and English).
Availability to work on weekends (half a day on Sunday).
