Responsibilities
In this role, there will be:
Calendar & Meeting Management:
• Manage executive/team calendars, schedule all internal/external meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
Communication Hub:
• Act as the primary point of contact; screen calls, manage correspondence, and draft professional communications.
Document Preparation & Filing:
• Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets; maintain organized digital and physical files.
Financial & Administrative Tasks:
• Process expense reports and invoices, order office supplies, and liaise with vendors.
General Team Support:
• Assist with event planning, onboarding new hires, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
• 2-5 years of working experience in an administrative position
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly in an ever changing and fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Post-secondary education an asset, but not required
