Responsibilities
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently• Managing full cycle Accounts Payable using SAP
- Performing three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Handling customer program payments and ensuring accurate documentation and processing
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs (EFT, cheques, wires)
- Assisting with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience
- Proven working experience with the SAP system for Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated experience with high volume invoice processing and vendor management
- Ability to work fully onsite in the Woodbridge location
