Responsibilities
● Schedule Management: Responsible for managing both the daily sample schedule and
the cutting schedule to ensure efficient workflow.
● Sample Tracking: Maintain the sample tracker for all shipped samples, ensuringaccurate record-keeping and easy reference.
● Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with the sales team, responding to new
order emails and ensuring their requirements are met.
● Artwork Preparation: Duties include setting up artwork and creating backpages for
artwork, preparing designs for production.
● New Sample Development: Actively involved in developing new samples for the
upcoming year, contributing to product innovation.
● Outsourcing Preparation: Create pre-align files for outsourcing, streamlining the
production process when external resources are required.
● Inter-departmental Communication: Communicate regularly with the sublimation, cutting,
and embroidery departments regarding the samples they are producing, addressing any
questions or concerns they may have.
● Color Matching: Perform precise color matching using PMS, CMYK, and RGB
specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
● Printing Tasks: Utilize an Epson printer for various printing tasks related to sample
development.
● Software Proficiency: Proficient in using essential software such as email platforms,

● Should have exp. working in a same/similar role.
● Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Solid reading and writing skills are essential.
● Basic mathematical knowledge to perform accurate counting and verification.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Excellent communication skills.
