Responsibilities
Kroll Super-User – Pharmacy Services Assistant (Reimbursement, Data Entry) – Full-Time, Permanent – Remote from Anywhere in Canada – Healthcare
High-Volume Prescription Intake, Billing and Adjudication: Manage the intake, data entry, and billing of up to 100+ prescriptions per day, handling both new fills and refills with speed and accuracy.
Complex Prescription Billing Management: Act as a subject matter expert for patients on public (ODB, Pharmacare, etc.) and private insurance plans, troubleshooting rejected claims, coordinating coverage, and maximizing reimbursement for patients.
Patient Support: Communicate with patients remotely via phone and digital channels to provide prescription-related service, coordinate deliveries, explain coverage details, and resolve issues with patience, empathy, and absolute clarity.
Kroll Expertise: Utilize Kroll at a “Super User” level to manage patient profiles, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex billing issues, acting as a liaison between the patient, the pharmacy, and insurance providers.
Qualifications
Kroll Super-User – Pharmacy Services Assistant (Reimbursement, Data Entry) – Full-Time, Permanent – Remote from Anywhere in Canada – Healthcare
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of full-time, permanent experience as a Pharmacy Assistant, Reimbursement Specialist, or Pharmacy Caseworker or Pharmacy Case Specialist is strictly required.
High-Volume Background: You must have experience working in a high-volume setting (Retail, LTC, Specialty, or Clinic) , with a personal workload of 50-100+ entries/adjudications daily.
Kroll Super User: You must possess expert-level proficiency in Kroll, with the ability to comfortably train others on processing logic and billing workflows.
Billing Expertise: Deep knowledge of various provincial public drug programs and private third-party payer plans is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential. You must be able to convey complex information clearly and empathetically over the phone without the aid of in-person cues.
Availability: Must be available to work flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Compliance: Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada, able to provide two supervisory references, and pass a criminal background check.
