Responsibilities
Pharmacy Manager – Full-Time, Permanent – Specialty Pharmacy – Winnipeg, MB – Healthcare
Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and oversight to ensure patient safety and quality of service.
Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Develop, refine, and implement pharmacy processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Partner with leadership on business planning and operational strategies.
Oversee billing, reconciliation, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and enhance service.
Support the roll-out of new initiatives and projects to advance business goals.
Ensure timely reporting of any adverse events in line with provincial and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Manager – Full-Time, Permanent – Specialty Pharmacy – Winnipeg, MB – Healthcare
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (minimum) and active registration with a provincial College of Pharmacists.
At least five years’ experience in pharmacy practice, including a minimum of two years in a management or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations; specialty pharmacy experience an asset but not required.
Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead teams in a positive, engaging manner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Kroll software preferred but not required.
Comfortable working in an on-site, hands-on leadership role.
