Responsibilities
Pharmacist – Full Time Permanent – Weekdays – Daytime Shift – Calgary – Healthcare
Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, therapeutic appropriateness, and safety.
Provide medication counseling and clinical information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflows and high service standards.
Adhere to all provincial and federal regulations and standards of practice.
Participate in patient care initiatives and clinical services as required.
Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
