Responsibilities
The Op tech will work in the in production area
Other responsibilities include and vary as needed:
– lifting required up to 40lbs
– Operation and maintenance of production equipment and area modifications according to GMP, safety and quality standards.
– Perform all packaging/process activities
– Operate, maintain and adjust process equipment according to established procedures
– Lead the mechanical changeover of equipment according to established procedures
– Participate in the preparation and completion of all documentation applicable to production
– Perform preventative and predictive maintenance programs
– Clean equipment, rooms and general areas for production use
– Write and/or revise SOPs for new equipment and/or processes
– Perform related computer tasks: SAP, IMS
– Trouble-shoot equipment and process related issues
- Work in other Manufacturing/Packaging areas as required
Training will be provided as required!
Qualifications
To work as Op Tech must have the following qualifications:
– Highschool diploma
– Ability to work the rotating shifts
– Strong attention to detail
– Overall good attitude; team player
– Some Job-Related Experience
– proven Technical Competency
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Self-managed team player, experienced in working with teams in a production environment
– Handy, can use tools
– Good for someone starting out in career and looking for experience in pharma
