    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities for this role are;
    – Take and follow up orders by phone, email or face to face
    – Shipment and shipping follow-up
    – Creation of billing and shipping slips
    – After-sales service
    – Processing and updating files in the AS400 system
    – Sending quotations to customers

    Qualifications
    Qualifications for this customer service role are :
    – B2B experience in a distribution environment
    – Bilingualism, as a large proportion of customers are outside the province
    – Knowledge of AS400 software (a considerable asset)
    – Able to answer customers both on the phone and at the counter
    – Available to work 100% face-to-face in Laval
    – Motivated, dynamic, autonomous
