    – Order taking and follow-up
    – Answering calls from internal and external customers
    – Updating files and deliveries
    – Telephone follow-up with customers (B2B)

    Qualifications
    Qualifications for this Customer Service Representative role are :
    – Advanced bilingualism with customers outside Quebec and colleagues in Ontario

    – Availability to work 100% on-site in Laval
    – Previous experience with order entry and tracking software (SAP, Acomba) will be considered an asset.
