    Responsibilities
    The customer experience shipper and receiver is responsible to:

    – Proactively monitor and expedite production jobs through the lab to ensure timely completion and shipment.
    – Accurately prepare, package, and process all outgoing shipments of completed optical jobs.
    – Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation with a high degree of precision.
    – Coordinate with various courier services for pickups and resolve any potential shipping issues.
    – Utilize internal tracking systems to trace and locate optical frames and orders within the facility.
    – Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members regarding order status and priorities.
    – Perform quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
    – Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials and supplies as needed.
    – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shipping and receiving area.
