Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat.
– Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management
– Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions
Qualifications
– Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
– Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
