Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the food service industry to drive organic growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the Richmond and Burnaby markets.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and report on performance.
• Resolve client complaints professionally and gather feedback to improve service and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and contracts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 to 10 years of progressive sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Richmond and Burnaby.
• Successful completion of criminal and financial background checks.
