    Responsibilities
    Jacketed Piping Fabrication & Installation
    Execute precise fabrication and field installation of custom jacketed piping systems. Interpret and apply P&ID and GA drawings to ensure all routing, connections, and fit-ups comply with engineering requirements.

    Pressure Testing & System Verification
    Use solid knowledge of bolt-up practices and hydrostatic testing to confirm system integrity. Ensure all high-pressure assemblies meet strict safety, performance, and leak-prevention standards.

    High-Accuracy Fabrication & Alignment
    Complete detailed tasks such as threading, torque application, alignment corrections, and minor fit-up adjustments. Construct jacketed spool pieces with exceptional accuracy and workmanship.

    Module Assembly & System Integration
    Assist in skid and module assembly by installing valves, supports, and instrumentation within larger industrial packages, helping ensure smooth mechanical integration.

    Qualifications
    Required Certification
    Candidates must be formally registered as a 3rd-Year Pipefitter Apprentice to be considered for this role.

    Essential Technical Expertise
    This role demands strong hands-on experience in detailed mechanical assembly and precision fabrication work. Successful applicants should demonstrate capability in the following areas:

    Flange Alignment & Bolt-Up
    Proven ability to complete accurate flange fit-up and bolt-up on high-pressure systems while holding tight tolerances and ensuring long-term joint integrity.

    Pressure Testing Experience
    Practical background in preparing, conducting, and assessing hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests, including proper documentation and verification of results.

    Victaulic System Knowledge
    Understanding of Victaulic-style piping, including proper gasket identification, placement, and installation techniques to achieve secure, lasting seals.

    Sizing & Component Selection
    Competent in selecting correct studs, bolts, and gaskets based on flange ratings, pressure specifications, and engineering requirements.

    Torque Application Precision
    Demonstrated skill applying torque to exact specifications to ensure consistent, leak-free connections.

    Industrial Fabrication Experience
    Exposure to assembling, fabricating, or installing complex piping or mechanical systems in industrial, shop, or construction environments.

    Technical Drawing Interpretation
    Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and other technical diagrams to support accurate fabrication and installation.

    Additional Requirements
