Responsibilities
– Setting up, operating, and monitoring various production machinery according to work orders and specifications.
– Performing routine quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet stringent standards.
– Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing basic preventative maintenance.
– Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
– Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation of run cycles and output.
Qualifications
– Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
– A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measuring tools.
– The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
– Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
– Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
