Responsibilities
– Manage administrative tasks, support warehouse operations, and maintain accurate records.
– Process shipments, track inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
– Coordinate directly with suppliers and carriers.
– Arrange pickups and follow up by calling carriers.
– Utilize SAP for printing orders, posting, receiving, and inventory allocation.
– Operate and manage two ERP systems (SAP and internal, for which training will be provided).
Qualifications
– 2-5 years of office administrative skills
– Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
– High attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Steel toed boots are required
