Responsibilities
The Facilities Clerk will be responsible for:
– Greeting visitors at reception and helping navigate visitors to washrooms/ lunchroom/ meeting rooms
– Maintaining overall tidiness of the office, including washrooms
– Ensuring dishwashers are started at the end of each day
– Replenishing inventory, including coffee machines and maintaining coffee supply levels
– Assisting with shipments and deliveries
– Sorting mail and other mailroom activities
– This role will include a lot of bending, walking, lifting (under 40 lbs)
Qualifications
– 1-2 years’ experience working as a day porter or within an administrative capacity
– Strong ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– High level of reliability and consistency
– Must commit to working in the office on the dates mentioned above
– Must have reliable transportation to commute
