Responsibilities
– Handling materials within the facility
– Receiving, verifying, and sorting incoming materials
– Notifying supervisors of any shortages or damaged goods
– Following standard work practices and instructions
– Operating Reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
Qualifications
– Previous forklift operating experience of minimum 2 years
– Ability to operate counterbalance, side loader, and stand-up lift trucks
– Clear background check required
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Customer service skills
– Must have legal authorization to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permit
