    Responsibilities
    • Picking products from inventory to accurately process customers’ orders.
    • Properly packaging all required goods for outgoing shipments.
    • Preparing and filling out relevant shipping documents and labels for delivery or pickups.
    • Load and unload materials by operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, overhead cranes and other machinery (training provided).
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
    • Adhering strictly to safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing & logistics environment.
    • Conducting inventory checks by counting, weighing and labeling stock and reporting any discrepancies.
    • Communicating effectively with other departments regarding shipping and receiving activities.
    • Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other departments to foster a collaborative environment.
    • Finding practical and effective solutions to internal or external shipping demands and issues.

    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 1 year of professional warehouse associate or manufacturing & logistics experience.
    • Must demonstrate a high level of punctuality and reliability.
    • Physical ability to handle the demands of a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and occasional moving/lifting of inventory materials (full boxes can weigh 40-50lbs, but heavy items are handled with equipment).
    • Must demonstrate a strong team spirit and a willingness to help colleagues.
    • Desire to grow and advance within the industrial hardware industry.
    • Bilingualism (oral and written) in French and English is a significant asset for career progression.
