Responsibilities
– Coordinate the documents for new rentals and returns
– Obtain and organize all documents relevant to road transport
– Audit drivers’ files in terms of permits and administrative requirements
– Update and analyze the Excel file of the day sheets (register)
– Update and analyze the inspection reports
– Prepare and transmit communications related to compliance management
– Prepare the payroll for car drivers (local and long-distance)
– Send the PDF of the statement by email to the drivers
– Creation of drivers and vehicles files
– Prequalification and compliance of ground suppliers (carriers, parking spaces, etc.);
– Replace the administrative clerk, road transport, as required;
– Perform any other related tasks, as required.
Qualifications
– Experience in transport laws, especially law 430 (mandatory) and hazardous materials
– Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in a similar role
– Bilingualism (English and French)
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Punctuality
– Strong ability to work as part of a team
– Good computer skills: Excel, AS400 environment (an asset)
– Good ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
