Responsibilities
Lead Production Operations: Supervise and mentor production staff, serving as the primary technical resource on the floor to ensure operational goals and output targets are consistently met.
Ensure Quality & Reliability: Drive quality control by identifying and resolving production bottlenecks and addressing any quality concerns. Guarantee that our rugged, high-accuracy, solid-state products are manufactured to perform reliably in demanding environments.
Collaborate on Process Improvement: Work closely with the engineering team on new product integrations, continually optimize manufacturing processes, and maintain a thorough, documented quality control system.
Manage Facility & Equipment: Oversee inventory, ensure essential production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and support general facility upkeep as needed.
Provide Versatile Operational Support: Contribute across multiple areas, including updating product firmware, developing detailed work instructions, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations.
Qualifications
Hands-On Manufacturing & Technical Expertise: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and leadership roles, with strong practical knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and electronics.
Proven Leadership & Mentorship: A natural leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Advanced Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify production bottlenecks and apply technical expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
