Responsibilities
-Maximize the daily routes
-Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods
-Use telephone and transportation management systems to track and manage shipments
-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
-Coordinate with 3PL partners for transparent logistics operations
-All the logistics of sending drivers, assign containers to drivers, assign routes to drivers
-Maintaining up to date files and status
-Customer service duties
-Being primary point of contact for drivers en-route
-Handling any issues that may arise
Qualifications
-Bilingual in English and French
-2-3 years experience in Dispatching local LTL, container experience is a plus!
-Tech savvy
-Punctual and reliable
-Passionate about the transport industry
