Responsibilities
– Responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight to customer locations
– Timely and efficient dispatch to ensure that a high service is maintained
– Planning and execution of line haul container movements
– Maintain discipline with our owner-operators
– Communicate with drivers at defined intervals to manage service expectations and identify problems
– Track and trace of intermodal units via CP rail and CN rail portals
– Resolve and respond accordingly to calls from customers as well as the customer service group
Qualifications
– Minimum 1-year work experience in related field, preferably with container experience
– Advanced level of English
– Comfortable with various documents / papers
– Well organized
– A true team-player
