Maintenance Technician

    This is a key role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all bakery production machinery.

    Responsibilities
    Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of bakery production machinery, including industrial mixers, ovens, and conveyor systems.
    Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
    Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
    Utilize PLC systems for troubleshooting.
    Work collaboratively with the production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
    Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC).

    Qualifications

    5 years of industrial Maintenance Technician experience, preferably in the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
    Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
    Hands on experience in working with PLC systems (troubleshooting I/O, sensors, VFDs, and HMIs).
    Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
