We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage and oversee human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy implementation to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Partner with management to support organizational growth and culture.
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (executive/managerial role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
