    Responsibilities
    Your daily work will include:
    – Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing agricultural and turf equipment
    – Performing preventive maintenance, setups, and PDIs
    – Reconditioning and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
    – Reading and interpreting technical manuals, isometric drawings, and schematics
    – Collaborating with service teams to support customer needs in-shop and in-field
    – Documenting repair activities and time/material usage
    – Following all safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized work area

    Qualifications
    We’re hiring across experience levels. Here’s what we’re looking for:

    Entry-Level
    – Basic mechanical knowledge and strong interest in equipment repair
    – Ability to lift 40–75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
    – Valid driver’s license required
    – Willingness to learn and enroll in Agricultural Equipment Technician apprenticeship (sponsorship available)

    Intermediate
    – 2–3 years experience in agricultural equipment service or a related field
    – Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electronics
    – Experience with PDI, diagnostics, and some field repair work
    – Strong organizational and documentation skills

    Advanced
    – Red Seal Agricultural Equipment Technician (or Heavy Equipment Technician with Ag experience)
    – Advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and precision Ag familiarity
    – Ability to mentor apprentices and support customer clinics/start-ups
    – Strong productivity and labour performance record
